Appointment Info

* Please come to every lash appointment with freshly cleansed lashes. We recommend using only the cleanser provided or sold by our studio. Makeup wipes leave an oily residue on your natural lashes, causing extensions to not adhere. If you arrive with unwashed lashes, please use the lash cleanser available in our restroom before your service. For the best retention and overall lash health, lashes must be freshly cleansed at each appointment. Even if you don't wear eye makeup, your lashes accumulate oils and buildup, just like hair.

* Please come to your appointments with at least 40% of your extensions remaining. Fills are scheduled for a specific amount of time. If you arrive with less than 40% left, we may not have enough time to fill all of your lashes, resulting in a less full look and reduced longevity between fills. We understand that retention varies, so if you're experiencing more fallout than normal, please let your service provider know in advance. If available, we can add extra time to your future appointment for an additional fee.

* Although we love catching up and chatting with our clients, talking can cause your eyes to flicker and move, making it difficult to get a perfect bond to your natural lashes. For the best guaranteed retention, we recommend taking a little lash nap during your appointment. Feel free to bring headphones and listen to your favorite podcast or music.

* Please try to limit cell phone use during your appointments. Opening and closing your eyes can cause them to water, which may cause the tape to move and your lashes to become wet. This makes it challenging to lash properly and efficiently. We understand that things come up and you may need to be on your phone; we just ask that you understand this can affect the outcome of your lash appointment.

* Please wash your lashes regularly. Even if you do not put makeup on your lashes, wash them at least three times per week and always before your lash appointments.

* Please be aware of our cancellation policy; cancellation fees apply.

* Eyelash extensions are a luxury service that requires time and money. We encourage our clients to follow these guidelines to get the most out of each and every appointment.
